great for a small getaway with close-knit friends and family, this home’s completely remodeled interior features, brand new bathroom, and a historic-yet-luxury feel that'll have you feeling right at home in sacramento! the home has been "baby-proofed" with outlet covers, a baby bath, baby gates, a high chair, a pack 'n play and even a full-sized private playground right in the backyard
the home is a part of a duplex with another unit downstairs Both units have their private entrances and do not share any common spaces. If you have a larger group and would like to book both parts of the duplex, please message us to check availability on the other unit.

The home-side of the street has street cleaning on Monday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM and the opposite side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM.

There is also free parking available on the street if you are driving in or renting a car for your time here.
